INTERIOR UPHOLSTERY KITS

Note, Early Porsche 911 cars were not often equipped with leather upholstery. Due to the increasing value of older models combined with the rich look, feel & smell of genuine leather, many restorers prefer to upgrade their 911  to leather. Porsche low back seats usually had plain leather seats inserts, high backs were perforated. Vinyl seats on early cars almost always had embossing in the vinyl. We offer a variety of leathers which are appropriate for older models--being a close match-up to original colors. You may choose plain or  perforated  leather inserts while vinyl inserts are available plain or embossed .

FRONT SEAT KITS ......Sold as a pair,  price is dependent on material and seat style.

Most factory colors are available,  kits include pre-sewn covers for both front seats. No sewing necessary for installation. Original upholstery must be removed. Headrest covers are supplied for cars originally supplied with headrests.

INTERIOR PANEL KITS
Include all the sewn materials (except the carpet) necessary to re-cover all the major interior panels. Most flat panel boards are available. Molded panel boards on rear wall and rear quarter panels must be re-used.

DASH
Porsche dashes become brittle and crack with age. Leather dashes tend to shrink We offer 3 ways of repairing the problem. Dash caps are the easiest repair, simply clean up old dash and apply replacement cap with adhesive supplied with it.  Installation of OEM dash or leather dash recovery kit involves the removal of the dash and windshield and is best left to the pro.

CARPET SETS
Included are all carpet pieces originally supplied, even the door pocket carpet, heel/toe pads and cardboard backings are included.
1965-68 cars were originally carpeted in squareweave or a felt type of carpet referred to as Perlon and had molded rubber mats on the front floors. Carpet sets include the carpet pieces to replace the rubber floors.
Later cars used Haargarn or Sliverknit carpet. Our carpet sets are made to order in any of these materials and are also offered in domestic loop or cut pile.
