UPHOLSTERY
Mercedes seat upholstery kits are pre-sewn. You can do it yourself.
No special tools are required.
Available in imported leather, our kits exactly
duplicate the original upholstery. Replacement of the seat pads to regain
the feel of the original seat may be necessary on older models.
Individual components are available.
Note... Cars sold for the European
market often had cloth upholstery and are sometimes referred to as grey
market cars. We can not supply replacement parts in factory cloth.
UPHOLSTERY
KITS
Kits may be ordered to include upholstery for both
front seats including the headrests & back covers (complete)
or just the cushion and backrest covers (basic). Inserts are perforated
as original. All factory leather colors are available. Individual components
may be purchased separately.

Mercedes W129 European models came with a stock folding rear seat. The rear seat was deleted from US models because of federal safety rules. Mounting brackets and seatbelt brackets with bolts were supplied with all US models. We supply a replacement seat kit that uses the existicg brackets and bolts. All factory colors are available. Simple installation. REAR SEAT KIT (FOLDING) leather #129 5100-3 Fits all models, includes instructions, seat belts and roll-bar interlock. |

HEADLINERS,
TOPS and RELATED ITEMS
Mercedes had many problems with
the top on the W129 models. We have incorporated the latest fixes in our
replacement top.
Early tops 1989 to 94 may require
support blocks #129-1397 to stop window creasing.
Tops are available in the
original Happich canvas or the more reasonably priced Haartz Stafast
canvas.
Headliners are only available
in the original material.
Canvas for the early car 1989-94
had a tan backing while later cars 1995-02 had a black backing.
Rubber seals for the convertible
top are sold individually.
Because of the complexity of this top, professional installation is highly recommended
