Original Top Material for the #330-3500 Top : Black/Black, Blue/Black, Brown/Black, BMW Pearl Beige/Black (87-91) Polyester/Acrylic blend German Cloth.  The 1991-93 U.S.A. Models used : Black/Black, Blue/Black, Brown/Black Haartz STF 'G' (Sonnendeck)100% Acrylic Cloth.

#330-3500 tops are made with original style hand-rolled binding, brushes at rear quarters, and black extrusion sewn around green plastic window. (No Zipper Window).

 BMW E30 (325ic) Convertible Top

Caution : E30 top, check top straps before beginning installation. If top frame straps wear out, or top frame is distorted, top will no longer fold correctly, tears of listings, cuts and holes can occur when the top is raised or lowered. Service Bulletin 54 05 93 has been issued by BMW advising that holes can develop at the right rear quarters 1987-93 BMW E-30 tops, because the single top motor located on the passenger side pulls the top down too tightly when the top is lowered. Top frame components and the hard boot cover can also snag or pinch the top. We cannot be held responsible for damage to our products caused by problems described above.
To check the straps, raise top to the 1/2 way up position as shown below. Carefully run your fingers along the full length of each strap. Make sure the 2 stainless loops have popped out and that they do not have sharp exposed edges. Also check the elasticized areas to make sure they have gathered properly. If straps remain flat or loops do not pop out or are broken, straps must be replaced
