Stafast / Sonnendeck Canvas  Samples                             60" Wide
Stafast canvas  is used in most newer models of BMWand Jaguar as well as most US Makes.
Manufactured by the original manufacturer Haartz©, it is the ultimate American automotive canvas.
It is composed of 3 layers. First is a fade resistant acrylic. Middle is a butyl rubber membrane. Backing is a smooth cotton.

Standard Stafast has a plain cotton lining, black or tan.
Sonnendeck  (Stafast 'G') canvas is the same high quality Stafast canvas bonded to a German cotton, herringbone patterned, backing.
Sonnendeck is usually used where the underside of the convertible top is visible.
